1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake:

– 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder*
– 1 tablespoon peanut butter
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 banana
– 1 handful ice cubes

2. Vanilla Berry Shake:

– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 1 cup frozen mixed berries
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 handful ice cubes

3. Banana and Oat Shake:

– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 1 banana
– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tsp honey
– 1 handful ice cubes

ENJOY YOUR PROTIEN SHAKES

Note: you can substitute the whey protein powder for a plant-based protein powder if preferred. Adjust the liquid amount to your taste and consistency preference. Enjoy your high-protein shakes!
