– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

3. Banana and Oat Shake:
– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 1 banana
– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tsp honey
– 1 handful ice cubes
