Healthy Protein Shakes – Episode II

1. Chocolate Banana Protein Shake:

– 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder*
– 1 medium banana
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2. Berry Blast Protein Shake:

– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3. Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Shake:

– 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder*
– 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
– 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

4. Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake:

– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 1 medium banana
– 1 tablespoon peanut butter
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

5. Coffee Protein Shake:

– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 1 shot espresso
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 teaspoon honey

ENJOY YOUR PROTIEN SHAKES

Note: you can substitute the whey protein powder for a plant-based protein powder if preferred. Adjust the liquid amount to your taste and consistency preference. Enjoy your high-protein shakes!
