– 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 cups of vegetable broth
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, garlic, and peppers, and sauté until the vegetables are softened.
3. Add the spices and stir to combine.
4. Add the beans, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth, and stir well.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
