High Protien Recipe – Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon minced ginger
– 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.

3. Add the chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

4. Add the broccoli and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. Add the sauce to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.

6. Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot over rice or quinoa.
