Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

Workouts have been an integral part of my daily morning ritual. I started as a side hobby and don’t know when it became a lifestyle. I guess the day I started to see results in my physique, I fell in love with it and started pushing myself everyday. Since then it’s been almost 4 years that I haven’t taken a day off from the gym. I am there everyday and have never missed a session ever since. I feel something is missing if I am not there. That’s like my “Me Time”, “My Mecca”, my passion. Love being there everyday no matter what my body says or how it feels. That’s my way of living a sustainable lifestyle…
